jeta3 Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis for operating the jeta3 platform and all services under it. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on jeta3, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Terms are written in Bengali and are specifically designed for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any language discrepancy, the Bengali version will take precedence. It is your own responsibility to read and understand these Terms — ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.

jeta3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered email or post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use gaming services on jeta3, you must be 21 years of age or older. Access to our platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We may request valid identification at any time to verify your age, and we reserve the right to restrict an account until verification is complete.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account on jeta3. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If any of your details change, you must inform our support team immediately.

3. Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone under any circumstances. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, unless you immediately notify us of a breach.

If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access, contact our support team right away. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation if necessary.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

To deposit funds into jeta3, we currently support the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds deposited into your account are generally processed quickly.

Please ensure that all deposited funds come from a fully legitimate source. Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited — the payment method and the account holder's name must match.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. A copy of a valid national ID card or passport may be needed for the verification process.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeta3 offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds an extra ৳1,000 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 would earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — making the total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposited funds. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from that bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• No other promo codes may be used while a bonus is active.
• All bonuses have their own expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• jeta3 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonuses have no cash value — they may only be used for gaming purposes.

6. VIP Program

The jeta3 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

Cashback rates vary by tier: Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6%, and Diamond up to 0.8% weekly cashback. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

VIP benefits are subject to change and jeta3 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. VIP tiers are non-transferable and may only be enjoyed by the registered account holder.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on jeta3 are conducted following fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, and it is your responsibility to learn them before starting. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable.

If a game result becomes unclear due to a technical error, jeta3 reserves the right to cancel or re-run the round in question. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 48 hours.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta3 platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Collusion or attempting to influence game outcomes by conspiring with other players.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or abusing other users.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by providing false or fraudulent information.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

jeta3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms. Any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) in a closed account will generally be returned, though it may be held during an investigation.

You may also close your account at any time. There is also an option to request self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming — please contact our support team in that case.

10. Limitation of Liability

jeta3 platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. jeta3's liability for losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or third-party service failures is limited. We always strive to provide a high standard of service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.

jeta3 accepts no liability for financial losses arising from gaming. There is a possibility of losing money in online gaming — it is your own responsibility to be aware of this risk before playing.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

For the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information, we follow our Privacy Policy. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together form a complete agreement.

12. Responsible Gaming

jeta3 always supports responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress or mental hardship. To that end, we have put in place several protective measures.

• Option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Ability to activate an account break (cooling-off period) for a set period of time.
• Option to request permanent or temporary self-exclusion.

13. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean you have accepted the new Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, stop using the platform and contact us about closing your account.
